Refund Policy

At Jaimcord Healthcare, we strive to provide the highest quality eye care and medical solutions. Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of our healthcare products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Non-Returnable Products

  • To ensure the safety and efficacy of our medicines, all products—including the Jaimcord Eye-Vana Under Eye Cream—are non-returnable once delivered.

  • We cannot accept returns on items once they have left our controlled supply chain to ensure 100% genuine quality for all customers.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our facility.

  • Once an order is in the "Dispatched" or "Shipped" status, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only applicable to successfully cancelled orders.

  • Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@jaimcord.com.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue.
