To ensure the safety and efficacy of our medicines, all products—including the Jaimcord Eye-Vana Under Eye Cream—are non-returnable once delivered.

We cannot accept returns on items once they have left our controlled supply chain to ensure 100% genuine quality for all customers.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our facility.

Once an order is in the "Dispatched" or "Shipped" status, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are only applicable to successfully cancelled orders.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
