  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Bareilly.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically reach customers within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through our delivery partner's website.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to most locations across India.

  • If our courier partners do not serve your specific PIN code, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or issue a full refund for the cancelled order.

5. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
